Q: Where are you based?

A: We are based in the UK, near Bristol.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We currently only deliver to the UK.

Q: How long does it take to get my package?

A: We normally allow 2 to 3 days to prepare your order and send your package over to you. Once the package leaves our premises, we have little control on the delivery logistic, but it normally takes 2 to 3 days.

Q: What do I need to do when I get my air plants?

A: We always advise to give your air plants a bath as soon as you get them. You can find out more about looking after your air plants in one of our blog post.

Q: How do I return a product?

A: Please contact us before you return a product by post to make sure we have provided the best support in the first place. We will not accept return of a plant product after 7 days due to the nature of the product. It will be your responsibility to keep the plant alive once you receive it. You should also check our refund and return page for more information.

Q: What if I have an issue with my order?

A: If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to help.

Q: Where do you source your plants?

A: Our plant products are sourced from a local wholesaler in Bristol.

Q: Can I order a gift for somebody else?

A: Of course, you can simply write a note during the checkout process and we will make sure the price is not showing and include your note in the package.

Q: I have a special request?

A: If you have specific requirement, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: What sort of packaging do you use?

A: We use recyclable packaging as much as possible, from the cardboard boxes to the type of tape we use to send your products.
